Your predominant focus will be on producing outstanding, performance-driven creative for digital display. Alongside this, you will also be responsible for leading client accounts, presenting ideas, managing creative tests and a variety of ad-hoc projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Producing outstanding, performance-driven creative for the app stores and for digital display (UACs, Social)
  • Storyboarding short ‘explainer’ videos for the app stores and for paid social
  • Running qualitative and quantitative tests to assess the performance of app store creative
  • Managing creative optimisations from beginning to end (scheduling, designing, testing, reporting)
  • Delivering projects within tight timeframes, ensuring that work is delivered on time and to expectations
  • Presenting concepts/designs to clients, providing strong rationale for decisions when needed
  • Mentoring other designers and providing constructive feedback 
  • Attending training and events, as well as researching the industry to keep informed on industry best practice

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Professional design experience – motion experience is a plus
  • Experience designing/animating for paid media (Social + UACs)
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/communication or equivalent experience
  • Excellent skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe XD
  • Knowledge of Sketch, After Effects/Premiere Pro + basic understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities
  • Brilliant layout and typography skills, with a meticulous eye for detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, confidence when presenting
  • Solid time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, working well both independently and as part of a team
  • Open, honest and comfortable in giving and receiving constructive feedback

Nice to have
  • UX/UI experience (wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and page flows)

We work with large global brands to help grow their mobile revenue by employing cutting edge techniques in ASO, conversion optimisation, strategy and paid media. Due to recent client wins, we’re looking for an account manager with 3+ years experience to join our ASO team. This individual will be fully trained and will work directly with the Client Service Director on some of the world’s biggest brands (e.g. Twitter, eBay, Spotify, Farfetch, trivago). You will deliver global app store and mobile strategy projects, whilst gaining extensive training in these fields, as well as valuable project management skills.
Duties include
  • Introduce and educate clients on The ASO Co and the process
  • Understanding client needs on a relational and business level
  • Planning the strategic framework for the delivery of projects worked on
  • Providing client insights to the internal delivery team
  • Aligning client needs with any and all strategic recommendations
  • Supervising the execution of projects delivered
  • Assessing data performance of projects delivered
  • Establishing strong relationships with clients
  • Managing 10+ accounts and taking responsibility for their needs
  • Managerial responsibilities to Account Executive(s)
Must haves
  • +3 years experience working within a brand or agency, preferably mobile but not essential
