Copywriter - London

Want to see your copy live in the app stores for leading global brands? Work at one of the fastest growing startups in the UK and write creatively optimised copy for brands as big as eBay, Twitter, Farfetch & Pinterest! As part of a fast-paced environment employing cutting edge techniques in ASO, conversion optimisation and strategy, your copy will have a direct impact on leading brands mobile revenue.

We are looking for a passionate wordsmith to join our copywriting team. Using data led insights into users’ search behaviour, you will be responsible for crafting optimised copy for clients, testing new variations and strategizing with our internal teams to determine what copy works best for your client list. This is a unique opportunity to build on previous writing skills to become an expert in a growing industry.

Your responsibilities as a Copywriter include:

  • Delivering platform specific metadata that adheres to both ASO requirements and brand guidelines, with strong keyword performance.
  • Working directly with clients to test copy variations and determine the most optimised metadata for them.
  • Collaborating with the design team to provide relevant copy for app store creative assets.

Must haves:

  • Excellent and accurate writing skills.
  • Solid organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information accurately and professionally to different stakeholders (e.g. clients, internal teams).
  • A self-starter but a team player.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience working within a brand or agency, preferably mobile but not essential.
  • ASO Experience.
  • Data driven with strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Language skills (in particular French, Spanish, Japanese or Portuguese).

Commercial Director - London

We are one of the fastest growing startups in the UK, working with leading global brands including eBay, Trivago, Farfetch, Sephora, Match.com and many others, helping them grow their mobile revenue by employing cutting edge techniques in ASO, conversion optimisation and strategy. We have identified a number unique mobile optimisation methodologies with long-term sustainable growth, and you will be a major driver behind taking this offering to market.

We are expanding our senior commercial team and are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us in London. This role is as fast paced as they come, and requires a strategic thinker with excellent organisational and numerical skills.

You’ll need a passion for people, impeccable business acumen and a strong desire work in a rapidly growing global business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead all commercial strategy within the business
  • Devise new commercial strategies in order to increase revenue from existing clients
  • Work closely with internal teams on supplier contract negotiations
  • Oversee, orchestrate and lead the pitch process from start to finish including management of incoming RFPs and RFIs
  • Manage, coach & develop business development talent where direct reporting relationship exists (currently 2 members of the UK Business Development team)
  • Act as the centre of gravity for the entire pitch team. Bringing a fresh and strategic approach to how we best answer our clients brief, looking for new ways to solve client problems through our specialist expertise and practices
  • Be a voice of the business by attending and speaking at selected events
  • Work closely with any external marketing support in order to generate new prospects
  • Work closely with founders ensuring business targets and revenue goals are achieved
  • Report directly to the CEO

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience in a senior commercial position within a marketing environment
  • An inspirational leader and a strong team player
  • Experience of supporting global business growth
  • Well developed analytical, oral and presentation/communication skills
  • Ability to formulate commercial plans and ensure full engagement

Account Manager - London

We work with large global brands to help grow their mobile revenue by employing cutting edge techniques in ASO, conversion optimisation, strategy and paid media.

Due to recent client wins, we’re looking for an account manager with 3+ years experience to join our ASO team. This individual will be fully trained and will work directly with the Client Service Director on some of the world’s biggest brands (e.g. Twitter, eBay, Spotify, Farfetch, trivago).

You will deliver global app store and mobile strategy projects, whilst gaining extensive training in these fields, as well as valuable project management skills.

Duties include

  • Introduce and educate clients on The ASO Co and the process
  • Understanding client needs on a relational and business level
  • Planning the strategic framework for the delivery of projects worked on
  • Providing client insights to the internal delivery team
  • Aligning client needs with any and all strategic recommendations
  • Supervising the execution of projects delivered
  • Assessing data performance of projects delivered
  • Establishing strong relationships with clients
  • Managing 10+ accounts and taking responsibility for their needs
  • Managerial responsibilities to Account Executive(s)

Must haves

  • +3 years experience working within a brand or agency, preferably mobile but not essential
